Prats is proudly a wholly owned private Australian company. Operating for over 12 years, Prats provide commercial cleaning and maintenance.

Each client is assessed individually, and a tailored plan created just for them. This means cleaning and maintenance is focused on exactly what clients require, without unnecessary work undertaken. Prats is underpinned by the values of trust, loyalty and integrity.

National infrastructure

  • Each year, Prats provides commercial cleaning and maintenance services to over 700 businesses across Australia and New Zealand

  • Each month on average, 2,100 , averaging 2100 services every month (excluding all work orders, periodical services and emergency responses)

  • Permanent, experienced and flexible team of cleaning staff. If a client needs more or less staff, or relief staff, Prats can call upon it’s vast workforce and arrange staff within the hour

Account management

  • All clients are allocated a dedicated Prats Prats will allocate a National Key Account Manager to oversee delivery

  • National Key Account Managers are clients’ day to day contact. They make sure all sites are maintained consistently with a professional, friendly and helpful cleaning team

24/7 help desk

  • Clients can call the 24/7 national Helpdesk Service for ad-hoc work orders, emergency, periodical and specialist services

  • Access to the entire Prats network means that clients issues are resolved within one hour, regardless of location

  • Helpdesk staff remain in constant communication with clients, until the issue is resolved


Fleet of vans

  • Prats Vans are used for emergency response, work orders and, periodicals services

  • Clients can request Prats Vans transport consumables and equipment to their sites, via the Help desk


Training and development

  • Prats induction and ongoing training programs ensure staff are always up to date with the latest commercial cleaning and maintenance methods

  • All staff have the opportunity to gain industry-approved qualifications in Certificates II, III and IV in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations)

  • National Key Account Managers undergo regular training, so they are properly qualified to lead and motivate others.


Maintenance requests and communication books

  • While our cleaners and management staff are focussed on providing cleaning services, their scope of services across all buildings on the site places them in an ideal position to provide feedback to the client on any maintenance items which they identify while performing their cleaning tasks e.g. leaking taps, damage to tiles, carpets etc.

  • In addition to the Maintenance Service Request Form all sites are furnished with a Site Communication Book.

  • The Site Communication Book is located in a mutually agreed location and provides a method by which the cleaners and personnel on site can communicate on any issues which may need to be addressed and record completion of any service requested and/or how an issue has been rectified.
