Prats is committed to helping clients achieve and then exceed their environmental sustainability goals through the continuous improvement of our cleaning and related practices. Our environmental objectives are embodied in our company’s Environment Management Plan which has been independently certified, we use this to help our customers:
Minimise water usage (ensure all taps are off and leaking taps are reported for repair)
Minimise electrical power usage (turning off lights, computer screens and nominated appliances)
Use energy efficient equipment which reduces noise pollution and power consumption
Collect paper, cardboard, plastic and glass waste for recycling purposes and reduce waste to landfill
Encourage our clients to have use centralised communal bins systems which to reduces the use of plastic bin liners and encourages recycling
Purchase biodegradable chemicals that are environmentally friendly (biodegradable) and provided in reusable containers
